Aluminium repairs require special training and meticulous conditions to ensure no cross-contamination of materials occurs. Our pioneering facility is one of handful within the UK and holds all the manufacturer issued special tooling which is required to carry out structural aluminium repairs.
With the ever-increasing demand for more fuel efficiency and efforts to focus on lowering pollution, the implementation of aluminium in car design is becoming the prestige vehicle manufacturers choice of material. It’s strong, durable and lightweight characteristics ensure it will continue to be used in car construction for many years.
Here at Warley Car Clinic we have been at the forefront of aluminium repairs for a long time. Today, we are one of very few body shops in the UK that can offer structural aluminium repairs.
We have a bespoke separate booth for repairing aluminium vehicles, so that there is absolutely no risk of cross contamination of compounds. Repairs to both steel and aluminium must always be kept separate including the tools required to work on either, to avoid galvanic corrosion.
Our aluminium booth is dust protected. In addition, we have separate tools and machines which are used only on aluminium repairs. They are cleaned and maintained in line with the strictest industry guidelines. Furthermore, our specialist trained technicians are regularly audited and attended overseas training courses to ensure they remain compliant with developing repair methods and technology advances.
Our purpose-built body shop has been approved by many of the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers.
We have dedicated areas and staff, to ensure your vehicle receives the ultimate treatment. This includes a bespoke Aluminium repair booth – where the risk of cross-contamination is critically removed throughout the duration of the repair process. We also have state of the art spray booths and paint mixing systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Lastly, we are also equipped with the latest technology in Wheel Alignment and ADAS calibrations and resets.
The approvals held by Warley Car Clinic means we can rebuild and repair vehicles to the exact manufacturer standards, using genuine equipment and parts following the same processes as the manufacturers used when the vehicle was built.
